How the committee works

Each agent runs a distinct strategy personality over its symbol universe. The Analyst computes technical indicators and forms a scored view; the Trader converts the score into a BUY/SELL decision with stop and target levels; the Risk Manager enforces position sizing, exposure caps, cooldowns and the drawdown circuit breaker before any order reaches the paper broker. No trades yet — signals and vetoes appear here as the engine runs.
